A. QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT A person shall be qualified for appointment as Chairperson of the Public Service Commission if that person — (a) is a citizen of Kenya; (b) holds a degree from a university recognized in Kenya; (c) has at least ten years' experience in their respective profession; (d) has at least six years' experience in a managerial position either in the public or private sector; and (e) meets the requirements of leadership and integrity in Chapter Six of the Constitution
