Ezekiel Wanjama Isaac Okero W Kulundu-Bltonye PLO Lumumba Patric i a Kameri -h{bote Muthoni Kimani Maryanne Njau Kimani Christine Agimba The terms of teference of the Taskforbe shall be to evaluate, review and make recommendations and reform proposals on- (a) the suitability and quality of legal education and professional taining curriculum, standards, entry qualification criteria, and delivery systems; (b) the legal and institutional framework for regulating and ' licensing legal education providers; (c) the legal sector practice licensing and membership process, instifutional stru'cture, criteria and participation mechanisms; (d) the professional and ethical standards, codes of conduct, guidelines of the legal profession and adherence mechanisms thereto; and (e) the legal and institutional disciplinary framework for the legal profession. ln the performance of its functions, the Taskforce- (a/ shall map out the issues, functions, responsibte instiurtions and financing sfiategy for each identified challenge area and rafirm proposal; (b/.shall identiff intemational and regional best practices in the management, oversight, $rategic intent, and regulation (Cap.266)
