THE 12TH ANNUAL REPORT, 2024/2025 ON MEASURES TAKEN AND PROGRESS ACHIEVED IN THE REALISATION OF NATIONAL VALUES AND PRINCIPLES OFGOVERNANCE Preface Article 132(1)(c)(i) and (ii) requires that once every year, I report in an address to the nation on all measures taken and progress achieved in the realisation of national values and principles of governance and publish in the Gazette details of the measures and progress. To fulfil this constitutional obligation, I submit the 12th Annual Report, 2024/2025 on all measures taken and progress achieved in the realisation of national values and principles of governance. This Report is the 2nd full account of the measures taken and progress achieved in realization of national values by the Kenya Kwanza administration. Since the first Report in 2014, Government has continued to mainstream, promote and report on national values and principles of governance as required by the Constitution
