THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NYERI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SAMUEL KINUU MBOROKI OF NTUGI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 357 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Meru Hospital, on 25th Maich, 2006, has been filed in this registry by (1) Christina Njoki Kaguru alias Christina Njoki Mboroki and (2) Jacob Munene Mboroki, both of P.O. Box 315, Othaya, in their respective capacities as administratrix and administrator of the deceased's estate.
