ADMINISTRATION SUCCESSION CAUSE No. 379 OF 2008 LET ALL the parties" concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased; who died at Thika, on 7th February, 2007, has been filed in this registry by (1) Geoffrey Gacheru and (2) David Gitau Muchina, in their respective capacities as administrators of the deceased's estate. And further take notice that. Objections in the prescribed form to the making -of the proposed grant are invited and Imo be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
