Box 25733-00603, Nairobi in Kenya, James Gichuru Road, upon payment of repair costs, accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs. Should the owner of the mentioned vehicle fail to comply with this notice, the vehicle shall be disposed off under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38)
