REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zaphina Muthoni Gathu (deceased), of P.O. Box 677– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.09 hectares or thereabout, known as Loc. 9/Kiruri/1436, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Senior Magistrate’s Court at Kangema in succession cause no. 74 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Joseph Kiama Gathu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Joseph Kiama Gathu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Zaphina Muthoni Gathu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
