REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichira Kibaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiine/Thigirichi/478, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Judge in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Baricho in succession cause no. 304 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Tabitha Wambui Gicambaca Waiguruh, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Tabitha Wambui Gicambaca Waiguruh, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichira Kibaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
