REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alice Waithera Mwangi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Mwangunda/57, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa in ELC case no. 61 of 2018, has ordered that the land be jointly registered in the name of (1) Kauli Beja Ngala, (2) Elijah Beja Ngala and (3) Salome Medza Chirima, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the instrument and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Alice Waithera Mwangi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
