APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 ( I ) (e) of the
State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture,
Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints—
Julius Kiario Inyingi
Rukia A. Mohamed (Mrs.)
to be members of the Board of the Nyayo Tea Zones Development
Corporation, for a period of three (3) years and revokes the
appointments of Julie S. Mwakwambirwa (Ms.)* and Sammy
Kipkoech Keter**, with effect from the 6th January, 2021.
