THE WAREHOUSE RECEIPT SYSTEM ACT
(No. 8 of 2019)
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 3(j) of the
Warehouse Receipt System Act. 2019, the Cabinet Secretary for
Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives appoints—
CHARLES J. K. NJOROGE
to be a member of the Warehouse Receipt System Council, for a
period of three (3) years, with effect from the 6th January, 2021.
