WHEREAS Jama Saladi Abdille (ID/8471783), is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Juja/Kalimoni Block 2/847, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
