WHEREAS Antony Wakhungu Kanyanya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.4 and 2.34 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Bungoma, registered under title Nos. Ndivisi/Muchi/7788 and 8210, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is givenLhaj:...41Al2 expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
