REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Koflan Hardware Limited, of P.O. Box 8047-00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 41385/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
