THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) James Kamau Wachira and (2) Leah Muthoni Kanugo, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/MN/Block 1/1172, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, Environment and Land Division No. 38 of 2014, has ordered that the said piece of land's record be rectified and registered in the name of Nicodemus Nyagaka Maranga, and whereas all efforts made to recover the the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and issue a new ceretificate of lease to the said Nicodemus Nyagaka Maranga and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to (1) James Kamau Wachira and (2) Leah Muthoni Kanugo shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
