WHEREAS Kimani Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.08 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambaa/Kihara/T.200, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court in succession cause no. 109 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration to Moses Kamau Kimani, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kimani Kamau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said Moses Kamau Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kimani Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE Nonce No. 1049 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS David Maina Kigo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.74 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Melangine/653, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause no. 155 of 2008, has issued grant of letters of administration to Loise Nyaguthii Maim (ID/0811559), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said David Maina Kigo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue a land title deed to the said Loise Nyaguthii Maina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said David Maim Kigo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
