REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paradise Bay Limited, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Diani/99, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Mombasa in cause no. 178 of 2016, has ordered that the said title deed has been cancelled and it has been held that (1) Margaret Kamene Mulwa and (2) Lothar Rolf Schaffara, the plaintiffs, are entitled to be the registered proprietors of the said land, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, „I intend to rectify the register to restore the -plaintiffs names therein, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Paradise Bay Limited shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
