THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Barisa Mbaruku Rashidi, (2) Kingi Mbaruku Rashid, (3) Kazunhgu Mbaruku Rashid, (4) Benson Mbaruku Rashidi and (5) Chivatsi Tsori Banzi, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Mwapula/Magogoni/429, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Malindi in ELC cause no. 101 of 2017, has ordered that all that land identified as Mwapula/Magogoni/429 be registered in the names (1) Mwanyale Nyoka Ndahuma and (2) Konde Mwagona Konde, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed issued thereof have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration and issue a new land title deed to the said (1) Mwanyale Nyoka Ndahuma and (2) Konde Mwagona Konde, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said (1) Barisa Mbaruku Rashidi, (2) Kingi Mbaruku Rashid, (3) Kazunhgu Mbaruku Rashid, (4) Benson Mbaruku Rashidi and (5) Chivatsi Tsori Banzi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
