Box 19245- 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kassandra Katrina Koi alias Kassandra Katrina Wangui Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kassandra Katrina Koi alias Kassandra Katrina Wangui Kariuki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Katricia Wangui Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Katricia Wangui Kariuki only.
