REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Adhen Farah Ilow, of P.O. Box 17-70101, Hole in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from the Government of the Republicc of Kenya, of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 26784, Hola, situate in Hola Town in Tana River, registered as C.R.N. 201, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
