THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Karagita Njoroge, of P.O. Box 881, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.914 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 2/881, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adtduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hipreof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
