THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Ngugi Irene, of P.O. Box 2827, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0400 hecatre or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/17447, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
