GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1203

WHEREAS Wanjiru Theuri alias Wanjira Theuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia Olarabel/92, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 22 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of James Kihiu Kaira, of P.O. Box 49, Kiambogo in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said James Kihiu Kaira has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of James Kihiu Kaira, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjiru Theuri alias Wanjira Theuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
