GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1205

WHEREAS James Wanjohi Kienyu (deceased), of P.O. Box 58738, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.405 and 0.34 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. I 1/Gikandu/1308 and 1312, respectively, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause no. 546 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gilbert Gakinya Wanjohi (ID/4950737), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Gilbert Gakinya Wanjohi (ID/4950737), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Wanjohi Kienyu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
