THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No.3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS. Mutura Gachamba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.025 hectares or thereabont,tnown as Gaturi/Nembure/4788, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Embu in succession cause no. 243 of 1994, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of 1) Richard Henry Nthiga Njeru and (2) Nyaga Aolutura, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar }cave failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received whhin that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lend -title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said 1) Richard Henry Nthiga Njeru and (2) Nyaga Mutura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mutura Gachamba (deceased), shall be deemed to be ,cancelled and of no effect.
