NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th December, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 75, in Volume B—l3, Folio 2056/15657, File No. 1637, by our client, Rashid Babuhija Mwasilaha, of P.O. Box 2-80406, Matuga in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Bahati Babuhija Mwasilaha, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bahati Babuhija Mwasilaha and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rashid Babuhija Mwasilaha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Rashid Babuhija Mwasilaha only.
