APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (a) of the
Survey Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning
appoints—
MARITIM WELDON
to be the chairperson of the Land Surveyors' Board, for a period of
three (3) years, with effect from the 18th January, 2021. The
appointment of Polly Wanjiku Gitimu* is revoked.
