WHEREAS Mwangi Kibura (deceased), of P.O. Box 470, Ithanga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 13/Gitugi/255, situate in the district of Murang'a. and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court in succession cause no. 892 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Susan Wanjiru Mwangi (10/9926279) and (2) Eliud Kibura Mwangi (ID/3583748), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document mid issue land title deed to the said ( I) Susan Wanjiru Mwangi (ID/9926279) and (2) Hind Kibura Mwangi (ID/3583748), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Kibura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
