NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th November, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1866, in Volume DI, Folio 229/3815, File No. MMXX, by our client, Esther Netanya, of P.O. Box 7070, Eldoret in Kenya, formerly known as Esther Nyamusi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Nyamusi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Esther Netanya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Esther Netanya only.
