NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1981, in Volume DI, Folio 17/196, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Nimo Wairimu Kimwaki, formerly known as Nancy Wairimu Kimwaki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Wairimu Kimwaki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nimo Wairimu Kimwaki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nimo Wairimu Kimwaki only.
