NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th October, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 600, in Volume B-13, Folio 2050/15577, File No. 1637, by our client, Tabitha Mukuni Abed, of P.O. Box 41278-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, formerly known as Tabitha Mukuni Mboko, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Tabitha Mukuni Mboko and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tabitha Mukuni Abed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tabitha Mukuni Abed only.
