Box 60381-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Dorothy Moraa Nyabiosi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorothy Moraa Nyabiosi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dorothy Mongina Nyabiosi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Dorothy Mongina Nyabiosi only.
