THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Chipawa Sheriff Tamu Akida (ID/4593412) and (2) Chiriba Mwachonje (ID/20171332), administrators of the estate of (1) Akida Jilani and (2) Harrison Chiriba Mwachonje (both deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi/Chuimba/182, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land tide deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land tide deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
