THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Irungu Njoroge (deceased), of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.13 acres or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. Loc 9/Ichichia. 194, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kangema in succession cause no. 17 of 2017, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Gladwel Wanjiku Irungu (ID/3603981), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, prodded no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Gladwel Wanjiku Irungu (ID/3603981), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Irungu Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
