WHEREAS Muhamed Shitsukane Khayumbi alias Herbert Khayumbi alias Hermet Khayumbi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Idakho/Shikulu/1105, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Kakamega in succession cause No. 1957 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to Vincent Khayumbi Achesa, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Muhamed Shitsukane Khayumbi alias Herbert Khayumbi alias Hermet Khayumbi has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed.
