REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipketer arap Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kiminda/1311, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in succession cause no. 5 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of Mathew Kipruto Keter, and whereas the land title deed issued to the said Kipketer arap MaMa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period. I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proce,411 with registration of the said instrument LRA. 39 and LRA. 42. .and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipketer arap Maim (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
