THOGOTO—GIKAMBURA—MUTARAKWA ROAD PROJECT DELETION IN PURSUANCE of the Land Act, 2012, Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 6577 of 2014 and 2234 of 2016, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) gives notice that the National Government intends to delete the following parcles-of land as it is no longer needed for the construction of Thogoto—Gikambura—Mutarakwa Road Project in Kiambu County. SCHEDULE Parcel No. Registered Owner Acquired Area (1k.) Ndeiya/Ndeiya/2289 Margaret Muthoni Kimani 0.036 Plan for the affected land may be inspected during office hours at the Office of the National land Commission, Ardhi House, 3rd Floor, Room 305, 1st Ngong Avenue, Nairobi.
