REGISTRATION

WHEREAS I am of the opinion that Kebo Teachers Investment Co- operative Society Limited (CS/7882) should be dissolved pursuant to section 62 (1) C of the Co-operative Societies Act, I cancel the registration of the said Society. Note that its cancelation order takes effect immediately. Any member of the society may within thirty (30) days of this order appeal to the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operative Development against the cancellation order.
