TENDER

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of office furniture, equipment and assorted medicines within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said goods which are lying at Wester Plaza, Shop No. 4, Kahawa West, Kiambu, upon payment of rent arrears, storage charges together with other costs that may be owed including cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of 5th March, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1147 under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
