NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 258, in Volume DI, Folio 42/763, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Hanson Isimwa Kariuki, of P.O. Box 34906-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Harrison Isimwa Mumia alias Hanson Isimwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Harrison Isimwa Mumia alias Hanson Isimwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hanson Isimwa Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hanson Isimwa Kariuki only.
