NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th February, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1566, in Volume DI, Folio 45/800, File No. MMXXI, by our client, George Otieno Amuka, of P.O. Box 148-4040, Rongo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as George Otieno Nyongondo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name George Otieno Nyongondo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George Otieno Amuka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George Otieno Amuka only.
