NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th September. 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3301, in Volume DI, Folio 200/3480, File No. MMXX, by our client, King'ori Gitahi, of P.O. Box 39-60403, Magumoni in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benson King'ori Gitahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benson King'ori Gitahi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name King'ori Gitahi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name King'ori Gitahi only.
