APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred under section 6 (2) of the
Small Claims Court Act, 2016, the Acting Chief Justice of the Republic
of Kenya designates —
Hon. Brenda Jaluha Ofisi — Resident Magistrate
Hon. Susan Gakii Gitonga — ResidenkMagistrate
Hon. Judith Patience Omollo Resident Magistrate
as Adjudicators in any proceedings under the Act, at Milimani
Commercial Courts, for a period of six (6) months, with effect from the
25th March, 2021.
