THE COURT OF APPEAL EASTER RECESS, 2021 PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution

PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya and section 26 (1) (a) of the Court of Appeal (Organization and Administration) Act, 2015 and Rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2010, notice is given as follows: The Easter Recess shall commence on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021, and shall terminate on Wednesday, 7th April, 2021, both days inclusive. During the recess, the Registries of the court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all weekdays except public holidays.
