REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mombasa South Beach Properties (CR 16875), of P.O. Box 40023, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land situate in the 19th March, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1293 district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block /969, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green/white card issued thereof is lost and efforts made to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
