REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Njaga Mwaura (ID/0794358) and (2) Margaret Wairimu Njaga (ID/0795292), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land registered under title No. Thika Municipality/Block 11/845, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
