THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Joseph Githiri Njoroge (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.016 hectare or thereabouts,
known as Komothai/Gathugu/1822, situate in the district of Kiambu,
and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at
Githunguri in succession cause No. 11 of 2020, has issued grant of
letters of administration to Alice Njeri Kariuki, of P.O. Box 224, Ruiru
in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier
to the said Joseph Githiri Njoroge (deceased), has been reported
missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been
received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of
the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said
instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to the said
Alice Njeri Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed
issued to the said Joseph Githiri Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to
be cancelled and of no effect.

REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT
WHEREAS Evanson Njoroge Mwathu (deceased), is registered as
proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts,
known as Karai/Gikambura/1758, situate in the district of Kiambu, and
whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Kikuyu in
succession cause No. E57 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of
administration to George Mwathu Njoroge, of P.O. Box 51-00902,
Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued
earlier to the said Evanson Njoroge Mwathu (deceased), has been
reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to
the said George Mwathu Njoroge, and upon such registration the land
title deed issued to the said Evanson Njoroge Mwathu (deceased), shall
be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.

REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT
WHEREAS Wangari Mugeto (deceased), is registered as proprietor
of all that piece of land known as Loc. 1/Chomo/73, situate in the
district of Murang'a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate's Court of
Kenya at Thika in succession cause no. 605 of 2013, directing the name
of Wangari Mugeto be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) James
Waweru Gatuthu and (2) John Magetho Gathoto, and whereas the land
title deed issued earlier to the said Wangari Mugeto (deceased), in
respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost,
notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date
hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period,
I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and
proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L.
7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said
Wangari Mugeto (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no
effect.
