THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kipsoimo arap Koech (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Ngechek/413, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause no. 325 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Peter Kimutai Tuwei and (2) David Kipkosgei Soimo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to the said (1) Peter Kimutai Tuwei and (2) David Kipkosgei Soimo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kipsoimo arap Koech (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
