COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to section 41 (4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that preparation of the above- mentioned development plan was on 19th November, 2019, approved by the County Assembly of Makueni. Certified copies of the development plan as approved have been deposited for public inspection at the Offices of the County Executive Member for Lands, Urban Development, Environment and Climate Change and County Directorate of Lands and Physical Planning, at Makueni County Commissioners Building, Third Floor. The copies of the approved development plans are open for inspection free of charge by all interested persons at the Offices of the County Executive Member for Lands, Urban Development, Environment and Climate Change and County Directorate of Lands and Physical Planning, at Makueni County Commissioners Building, Third Floor between the hours of 8.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. - 5.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. Any person wishing to purchase copies of the plan and the written documents may do so on application at the Offices of the County Executive Member for Lands, Urban Development, Environment and Climate Change.
