REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hussein Kassim Mwanganga (1D/5477674), (2) Rajab Kassim Mwanganga (ID/10955455), (3) Amini Kassim Mwanganga (ID/21471154) and (4) Mohamed Kassim Hussein (ID/23930424), all of P.O. Box 168, Msambweni in the Republic of Kenya, are the proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under green card No. Kwale/Msambweni A/2910, and whereas the green card issued thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
